No other DVR product does that!
- 10 camera capacity vs. 8 or 9 camera capacity with US-made DVRs. Since 10 camera capacity is standard in Europe, you benefit by getting 1-2 extra camera ports for the same price as an 8 channel US-made DVR!

The HeiTel DVR product line allows Myers Protection Services to provide its customers with all of the exciting and cost-saving services:
This very useful service logs a brief video clip of every user that arms or disarms the security system at a given location. The video can be stored for audit purposes or E-mailed immediately to management so that procedures can be reviewed in addition to ensuring that employees aren’t using each others’ codes or allowing unauthorized persons access to the building.
This service is of great assistance in reducing or eliminating false alarms by being able to actually see who has entered the building and what they are doing. Did an employee forget their code or is someone rummaging through or vandalizing the building? Since many cities have started to mandate verified alarms before dispatching the police or charging large false alarm fines, Video Alarm Verification will ensure that you are able to better comply with the law and avoid unnecessary fines.
This service is both economical and useful, allowing for specific monitoring of a video system at different time periods during the day. Along with two-way audio communications during a tour, these systems are a great deterrent to theft, vandalism and employees’ improper behavior.
This service can be provided in a variety of situations where there is a need to conduct guard tours of the facility but where cost has become a concern. Many businesses pay for a roving guard patrol service in which a security guard in a vehicle patrols the parking lot and/or building multiple times per day/night. Video guard tours are accomplished by accessing the facility’s camera system and reviewing the images from each camera multiple times per night. This eliminates the possibility of burglars trying to track the timing of the security officer’s patrols.
Using remote video in conjunction with access control is a compelling combination of value and convenience. This service allows authorized persons to conduct a video verification of who is entering and leaving controlled areas as it is happening thereby allowing immediate action to be taken in the event of “piggy-backing” or other unauthorized access. Remote verification of guests and remote concierge services are also benefits of integration with access control systems.
This is another valuable and cost-saving service wherein video is used in conjunction with telephone access control for the use of controlling and verifying access to residential and commercial buildings. In a typical scenario, a visitor would approach the location they wish to access and pick up the telephone or press a button to contact the monitoring center staff. One of the staff members would then answer and ask a series of questions or request the person’s credentials.
This service affords clients added peace of mind for personnel working late or off-hours. With the use of a professionally installed series of video cameras, speakers and microphones, the user can initiate a video tour with the monitoring center by activating the tour button on the security system. A monitoring center staff member will then greet them over the hands-free communications system. At this point, the user can freely walk to their car parked in the parking garage/lot. The user can remain in full verbal communication with the monitoring center staff while knowing they are also monitored through the remote cameras. In the event of any tentative or dangerous situation, the monitoring center staff can warn the user, dispatch authorities and stay with the user until assistance arrives.
