Why are we less?

It certainly isn't a lack of quality! Our monitoring facility, or "central station", is state of the art having just had a major upgrade in October of 2005. We are members in good standing of the Central Station Alarm Association and provide rigorous and in-depth training to all of our central station operators.

We have the same monitoring capabilities as the big national companies and have customers in eight (8) states.

What we don't have is the large overhead and high commissions to pay that the larger, national companies have.

We are also a private company without hundreds or thousands of shareholders to pay.

Finally, we take a fair, honest and straight forward approach to our monitoring. Other companies start with a "base" monitoring rate and then tack on extra fees to monitor for fire and medical devices, wireless and other such services. Frankly, there's no real additional cost to monitor those devices. It's only another way that larger companies get more money from you each month. We feel it's better to charge a fair rate that isn't excessive or that seems "good" at the first glance only to have fee after fee added on for the additional services we consider to be standard.
