The PERS-2400B Personal Emergency Reporting System is a supervised wireless emergency reporting product designed for medical alert applications. The table-top or wall-mount console provides pushbutton emergency assistance to anyone who desires additional security and peace of mind. For the visually impaired, each button on the Console is molded with Braille characters to identify the button’s function.

Linear has built a lot of capability into the PERS-2400B, a 24-hour personal emergency reporting system. It is a flexible emergency, fire, and inactivity reporting package.

In addition to notifying the central station of an emergency or inactivity, audible and visual indications occur.

The emergency alarm can be triggered by the large EMERGENCY button on the face of the console. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms can be also be added to the system to make it even more able to totally protect the ones you love.

The optional activity timer can be set for 8, 12 or 24 hour operation. The emergency alarm will trigger automatically if the time set elapses before an activity transmitter is triggered or the console’s HOME button is pressed.

If the optional Model VB-4B voice board is installed, the Console will talk to the user. This is an excellent option for the visual impaired.

The console can be programmed to act as a remote controlled speakerphone. With the speakerphone mode enabled (Model VB-4B voice board required) the console will monitor the telephone line for an incoming call. Activating any emergency transmitter (or the console’s EMERGENCY button) while the telephone is ringing will cause the console to answer the phone and allow two-way voice communications without the user having to pick up the telephone receiver.

DXS-62A: Supervised 1-Button, 1-Channel Pendant/Wrist Transmitter
The Model DXS-62A is a battery powered, miniature, water-resistant, supervised transmitter designed for use in emergency applications with the PERS-2400B. Pressing the button on the transmitter sends a digital coded wireless signal to the PERS-2400B unit. Supplied with pendant, velco strap, wristband, belt clip, or pocket clip configurations. Each transmitter is factory set to a unique code, so no field coding is required.

DXS-64: Supervised 1-Button, 1-Channel Pendant Transmitter
Pendant style (Model DXS-64) water-resistant transmitter designed for use in emergency applications, includes breakaway nylon necklace, visual activation indicator.

DXS-65: Supervised Emergency Alarm Transmitter
The NEW Model DXS-65 is a water-resistant emergency alarm transmitter. It features a large, easy to find, HELP button. Pressing the button activates the transmitter and sends a digitally coded wireless signal to the PERS-2400B.

DXS-54: Supervised Passive Infrared Motion Detector Transmitter
The inactivity device (Model DXS-54) can monitor activity within your household. In the absence of activity for a specified period, the console will automatically alert the Central Monitoring Station. 9V alkaline battery supplied.

DXS-73: Supervised Photoelectric Smoke Detector Transmitter
Add a smoke detector to your PERS-2400B for additional security. Warning tones will be sounded by the console and the smoke detector to alert you, even if you are sleeping. One 3-volt lithium battery supplied.

DXS-80: Supervised Carbon Monoxide Detector Transmitter
The DXS-80 carbon monoxide detector transmitter is a UL listed, single station, carbon monoxide alarm with a built-in supervised transmitter designed to be used with the Linear's Personal Emergency Reporting Systems (PERS). The DXS-80 provides a warning to alert against both the acute and chronic effects of carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning.

DXS-31: Supervised Door/Window Transmitter
Add additional capabilities to your PERS system. The supervised door/window transmitter can be used to monitor activity, activate an emergency alarm, or monitor other key accessories such as medication dispensers. The Model DXS-31 includes lithium batteries.
