1. Are your products the same quality as those of national companies? YES!
Nearly every alarm company in the country sells Ademco (Honeywell), GE, Bosch or DSC alarm equipment. We sell this equipment as well. Many times people feel that a national name means higher quality equipment or services. This is not always true. We will provide you with the same quality products and we strive for a higher level of service as well.
2. Are you locally-owned and do you monitor my alarm locally? YES!
Are you working with a company that is locally-owned? Why not? A local owner has more invested in his or her company's customer service. These are the people that live, work and support the community. We are your neighbors. How many local "mom and pop" businesses have gone under after a large chain has moved in?
Where is your alarm system being monitored? A central station (monitoring facility) that is local, or reasonably close, will generally have a faster response time that one located on the other side of the country.
3. Will you save me up to 33% over national companies? YES!
How much are you paying for monitoring services? Check our rate against those offered by most national alarm companies and you'll find that we're generally around one-third less. Why? It's not because of a lack of quality! We don't have national advertising to pay for. We also don't have commissions to pay for or hoards of stockholders to please. All of this drives your costs up.
4. Will you switch me to another company if I'm unhappy with your service? YES!
If you switch your alarm service to us and are unhappy with the service you receive we will do whatever it takes to please you including switching you to another company at no cost to you. We want you satisfied with your alarm service and will do whatever it takes to ensure that you are.
5. Will the owner take time to talk to me personally if I call? YES!
Unlike every national company, Mr. Myers willl take the time to talk to each and every one of his clients. Do you have a question or concern? Just call. You are the reason we are in business and you keep us in business.
